I am looking for anyone who served with my dad in Vietnam. Lance Corporal Francis "Buster" Gilbert, he was a Combat Engineer. I know that he went through Boot Camp at Parris Island May of 1966, and then to Vietnam until he was medically discharged in 1970. His home town was Waynesburg, Pa
I have his DD214 and it does not list where he was, or with what platoon. He passed away at age 42, and unfortunately took much needed information regarding his time in Vietnam with him.
