With the advent of the internet, I would think it would be easy to locate privates from my Platoon at P.I.
Our DI crew: SDI SSgt. Brokaw, Sgt. Douglas, Sgt. Parks and Sgt. Melcher.
I was in the reserves, and at that in for only 4 short years. Random memories of that summer float through my head on a daily basis. I lost one good buddy, McKown or McKnown? about 2 weeks to grad. He tripped on a root running a circuit course and sprained his ankle. We were tight. I think he was from Florida, I could go on about the friends I made, and how I wonder where they are, and what they are doing these days. A few I have located are now Gunny's and one was even a DI. Really proud of them.
