Searching for a Sgt. Michael Milligan. All that I can say about him is that he should be about 56 years old these days... No SSN and no idea where he might live... At the time of sep's, I thought that he was heading back to Michigan...
He was an Avionics type on helo's and served with HMT-301 and HML-367 in that timeframe.
I have done searches through various search tools and currently have a list of over 280 Michael Milligans from across the country...
If you have any in your area of the country, would you please forward their phone numbers?
