Randall Roy Slape aka Bandido Zog, 41, Seattle, WA
Randall Roy Slape --- Randy Slape, 41, aka Bandido Zog died on Friday, October 27, 2006 while riding his bike. Born on August 9, 1965 to Gene and Leota Slape in Richland, WA, he served in the Marine Corps (1983-89). After receiving an AA degree in Computer Sciences in 1994, he worked in the software industry as a web designer and software developer. He loved the outdoors, being a father to his 14-year old son, Grant, playing games, and riding his Harley, especially as a member of the Bandidos Motorcycle Club. As one Bandido Brother said, "Bandido Zog 1%er Son, Father, and Brother will be missed by his Red and Gold family. His journey with us was as an Hermano and a Destralo Originale. He finally achieved his goal to be a Bandido Patch holder this year. He left this world doing what he loved most. That was sharing an evening with his brothers and riding his motorcycle. Zog was a fine man. He was a man of principle and walked through the world with his head held high. He lived his life the way he believed life should be lived with Honor, Respect and Dignity. He was always there for his Brothers. I will personally miss his big goofy smile and hearty laugh. The man always showed the world his zest for life." He is survived by his father, Gene Slape and stepmother, Marian Svinth; son, Grant; mother, Leota Slape; sister, Regina Slape (Law); nephews, Kyle Lawrence and Jed Law; niece, Bonnie Law; and grandparents, Cecil and Lilly Moss. Public viewing will be held at Beck's Funeral Home, 405 - 5th Ave. S., Edmonds, (425) 771-1234 on Saturday, November 4, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00; with a Graveside Service to be held at 2:30 p.m. at Restlawn Memorial Park, 23800 - 104th Ave. W., Edmonds. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Puget Sound Blood Center, c/o Development Office, 921 Terry, Seattle, WA 98104.
